Building Resilience with the Five Ways to Wellbeing

School teachers and staff are invited to join free webinars to help their students boost their mental health and resilience.

Our Mental Wellbeing team will host the webinars to teach the Five Ways to Wellbeing in partnership with the national mental health initiative, Be You.

Educators will learn the five simple things they can implement in the classroom to create a healthy and creative culture in the school.

  1. Connect: Discover ways to strengthen connections with colleagues, students, and families to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  2. Be Active: Explore simple, effective ways to integrate creative movement and physical activity into your classroom, school and daily routine to reduce stress and boost energy.
  3. Keep Learning: Uncover lifelong learning strategies that foster growth, curiosity, and resilience in both professional and personal life.
  4. Take Notice: Learn mindfulness techniques to stay present, manage stress, and cultivate a culture of awareness in your school.
  5. Give: Understand the power of giving, from small daily acts of kindness to larger community initiatives, and how generosity enhances wellbeing for all.
